The Minister was accompanied by the head of the city of ZATO Igor Kuksin and the first deputy head for strategic planning, economic development and finance Sergey Proskurnin.
The event is dedicated to the beginning of the implementation of the national project "Labor productivity and employment support" at the enterprise.

For six months, the company's employees were trained in lean production by experts from the Federal Center for Competence in the Sphere of Labor Productivity. The process of production of a key product - aluminum floor corners was chosen as a pilot stream. As a result of the identification of losses in production and their elimination, the following results were achieved: the time of the production process was reduced by 15%, the output per person per month increased by 10%, the volume of work in progress decreased by 25%, the scrap rate decreased by 11%. < / p>

"When you are in your production, your eyes are blurred. You cannot pay attention to some problems. You just look at them and think that this is how it should be. The solutions used by the experts are called ingenious and simple at the same time by the employees of the company. For example, earlier at machine tools, aluminum shavings were collected in a container, but now they are immediately sent to a bag. You can save 15 minutes a day, and two weeks a year. Another example is material storage. It took two hours to prepare and replace hoses on painting equipment when changing paint, and after implementing a quick changeover at the painting site and changing the path of the hoses from the hoppers, it took one hour.
